Called to the Quebec Bar in 2020, Ms. Aïssatou Bathily focuses her practice mainly on commercial and corporate law. Before joining ML Avocats, Ms. Bathily worked within a reputable boutique law firm and in a notarial office in the areas of commercial, corporate and tax law.

Ms. Bathily has decided to pursue her professional career in Quebec in business law, after a solid and brilliant professional experience in tax law in Europe within a big four accounting firm and the largest French and European bank.

Ms. Bathily assists her clients by providing them with advice and assistance in her areas of expertise, notably by answering questions they may have as well as, depending on the case, by negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various documents and contracts in commercial/corporate law in general and also during their commercial transactions and corporate reorganizations.
