Ms. Patenaude has been practicing at ML Avocats ever since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 1997. She was named Partner of our law firm in 2006.  Her fields of practice are mainly Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law and financing of enterprises for the benefit of a broad institutional and business clientele. She has gained renowned expertise in the drafting acquisition contracts, limited partnership agreements, as well as corporate reorganizations.  She is organized and meticulous, nothing escapes her.

Given Ms. Patenaude’s dedication to our law firm, as well as her natural teaching abilities, it was only appropriate that she be named responsible for updating the continued professional training within our Business Law team.  She takes special care in providing expert guidance for our young lawyers.
