Mtre Jessica Iacono specializes in disciplinary and civil litigation, real estate, and administrative law. In her practice, Mtre Iacono represents clients before all judicial instances in Quebec. Prior to joining ML Attorneys LLP’s litigation team, Mtre Iacono practiced in corporate and commercial law.

Since 2021, she has been actively involved with the Association of Italian Canadian Jurists of Quebec (AICJQ), contributing to their legal clinic, amongst other initiatives. In March 2024, she was appointed to their board of directors.

During her studies at the University of Ottawa, she was involved in various committees and associations and served as Vice President of Social Affairs for the Association des Étudiant.e.s en Droit de l’Université d’Ottawa (AED). Currently, she also volunteers with the Jeune Barreau de Montréal and participates in pro bono initiatives with the University of Sherbrooke.

Prior to her legal studies, Mtre Iacono competed in synchronized skating for twelve years, winning the Junior Worlds Synchronized Skating Championship with her team in 2016.
