Mr. Michel Saint-Pierre joined our Business Law Group in February 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from Montreal’s HEC and a Bachelor’s Degree of Laws from the University of Montreal. He is a member of the Quebec Bar and of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.Mr. Saint-Pierre has developed a solid experience in commercial, corporate and tax law, as well as financing. He taught Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal for many years. He represents numerous business clients as well as financial institutions, both on a national and international scale.

Mr. Saint-Pierre is recognized for his negotiating talent and his capacity to manage complex files. He is frequently involved in corporate reorganizations and in the sale or purchase of businesses.

He was a member of the Roster of Hearing Officers at the Canadian Public Accountability Board from 2012 to 2022.
