Member of the Quebec Bar since 1971, Mr. Brisson started his practice at the Department of Justice in Ottawa where he worked as a legal advisor and trial lawyer until 1979.

Since 1979, he worked as a trial lawyer in two large Montreal law firms. Early in 2009, he joined ML Avocats.

The essential part of his practice has always been tied to the representation of clients before the courts and tribunals of both Federal and Provincial jurisdictions.

He pleads mostly in civil, commercial and administrative matters, but also in matters dealing with disciplinary law before committees of various professional orders and also in files dealing with Federal law.

Mr. Brisson is largely recognized for his competence in a large variety of legal fields and is well-known for his commitment to the clients; he gives them all the time and energy they need.

During his professional life, he has involved himself in many associations, nonprofit organizations and foundations.
