Me Chaloult Lavoie’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining ML Avocats, Me Chaloult Lavoie practiced in a major downtown office where he served daily a clientele composed of prominent Canadian and international insurers. In doing so, he has acquired solid experience in insurance law, civil and professional liability as well as manufacturer’s liability. Me Chaloult Lavoie also possesses a substantial background in construction law and housing law.

Over the course of his career, Me Chaloult Lavoie has pleaded on numerous occasions in front of the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court, as well as in front of the Régie du logement.
