Me Laurence Simard was sworn in to the Quebec Bar in January 2024 after completing her articling at ML Avocats. A member of the firm and its litigation team since 2020, she is now pursuing her career as a lawyer in ML Avocats’ litigation team. She practices in the areas of civil litigation as well as administrative, professional, and disciplinary law.

Her intellectual rigour, attention to detail and ability to conduct in-depth research enable her to be creative and respond to clients’ situations, no matter how complex they are, by providing them with solutions tailored to their needs and interests. Passionate about the law, she enjoys resolving complex litigation issues and participating on major cases, whether in arbitration or before courts and administrative tribunals.

She also dedicates her practice to professional training, having revised a chapter of the Law Collection on ethics and professional conduct and designed training for certain Professional Orders, their members and some of their Committees.
