In this field, the firm offers services and counsel covering all stages of the operation of corporations, from their incorporation until their winding up, such as searches and reservations for corporate names, incorporation, organization, provincial and extra-provincial registration of corporations, limited partnerships or other partnerships, obtaining tax registration numbers, reorganization and corporate restructuring, changes in articles, consolidation or amalgamation, capital reorganization and restructuring, tax rollovers, the acquisition or sale of shares or assets and finally, holding their minute books and corporate records including handling the filing of annual returns and other reports or current updating declarations with provincial and federal authorities.

The firm also represents the interests of shareholders or partners it represents and drafts, in accordance with their form of legal structure, the shareholder agreements and limited partnership agreements and other security holders agreements.
