In this field, the firm provides services to advise and serve its clients both while at the time of buying a property and during the period of ownership, including for building management, such as due diligence reviews, negotiation and drafting of offers and contracts for the acquisition and sale of property, leasing offers, commercial leases, management contracts and real estate financing contracts and the establishment of contracts for the construction and development of real estate projects or for the creation of real estate partnerships, whether owners or co-owners association agreements or limited partnership agreements or joint ownership agreements.

The firm also oversees the registration on title of legal hypothecs on behalf of those involved in the construction or renovation of a building.
